Uw dossier werd toegekend aan een vaste dossierbeheerder, met wie al het contact verloopt en wiens contactgevens u normaal worden of werden bezorgd bij het eerste contact. Gelieve dan ook met deze persoon contact op te nemen.
U hebt het recht op kosteloze inzage en aanvulling, verbetering of verwijdering van onjuiste persoonsgegevens die u betreffen.
